This is a note reading activity that used ‘A’ as a Landmark Note. There are seven individual cards with animals and balloon strings. There are several balloon cards with notes on the back. Students work out the letter name of each note (using the Reference Sheet if necessary), and then place the balloon on the correct animal’s string. It’s a cute and fun game that fits perfectly on the piano fallboard making it easy to play in the middle of a lesson without any prep or distraction.
